Our humour and highly visual approach to education focuses on understanding the skills need to manage team performance. By breaking down the drivers of team performance and providing thought provoking examples and analogies, participants learn how to identify barriers to performance and techniques to overcome them.
Dr. Gorgenyi has provided workshops and presentations through the Melbourne Business School Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education's various manager development programs.
