He has successfully implemented the coaching and management applications of his theory across cultural, language, corporate, and sporting environments for three decades. A published author, highly experienced consultant, István regularly holds workshops and runs Accelerated Team Development Programs for corporate and sporting organizations. Focusing on the practical side of achieving optimal team performance, his workshops have been enthusiastically received by businesses, institutions, and sports groups alike. Additionally, István is a regular presenter at business schools across Europe and Australia.
Edmund King specialises in the delivery of leadership and organisational development interventions. He has a passion for ensuring sustained, pragmatic and realistic applications of learnings for the participant and the client organisation alike. He is frequently described by participants and clients as an energetic, innovative and customer-focused facilitator. Edmund also has extensive experience in designing interventions and partnering with organisations in Australia and overseas, as well as leading and directing several key MBS-Mt Eliza Executive Education public programs. With 20-years’ experience managing his own company, Edmund has a thorough understanding of real-world business issues and the drive for measurable and relevant outcomes. A challenging yet empathetic feedback consultant, Edmund is accredited in a wide range of feedback and diagnostic instruments.
Three times Olympic Gold Medalist, 5 times World Champion in the sport of rowing over a 16 year career. His interest is in understanding and helping others to create greater insights into the drivers, inhibitors and habits of human performance and team dynamics along with how we can create the right environments to optimise human capacities that provide platforms for ultimate performance.
Winner of 3 time Olympic gold medal winner (Sydney, Athens, Beijing) and world champion as a water polo player with 384 caps for Hungary, several times club champion and Champions League winner in Hungary and Italy. He became national coach of Hungary in 2013 and won the World Championship title with his new team in the first year of his tenure. He joined the Hunting TerritoryTM team in 2012 and used the method in establishing his new staff, team and the whole program.
